Very poor customer service. No "thanks", "cheers" or any courtesy. Rather, arrogance, attitude and the most common word you hear as soon as you enter the shop is "what do you want". And when you say "thanks" or "cheers" you get no response. They just stare you in the face while you do the walk of shame out of their little shop. Disgraceful, they are better off closed down and replaced by a business entity that has normal customer service. These guys are uncivilised. nd I am referring to the one in Kingston which I always go to every friday and saturday. I havent been to any other best buy shop
