Refused to provide refund for faulty goods! I bought a pair of shoes 2 days ago, wore them yesterday and noticed that the stiches at the top of the shoe broke causing the top to come apart. I took them back today, expecting at least a refund and they refused saying it is their policy and they don't care about statutory consumer rights! They said they have many angry constumers every day and they can't do anything about it. I really don't expect expensive shoes to last only 1 day! This is absolutely unacceptable! Just waste of money.
