Disappointing customer service today in Zara Home, Kingston. I went in to look at the multi- coloured herringbone blanket which was not on display but advertised online. I asked the shop assistant about the product. She said she was not aware of it. She advised me to order online, have it delivered to the store and then pop back to collect it!!!!! There was no offer of checking the details for the product online nor of ordering it for me. No wonder in store shopping is in decline. Most unhelpful.
