Bought jewellery and first day crystal fell out even before wearing. On returning was told that she would glue it, i was not allowed an exchange and was told that this happens and can happen to any of her jewellery and she will only glue it, i said should have told me before i bought that this could happen, well i cant tell all my customers was her reply. I said i would put on review and the reply , what just for something that costs £19. Very upset as is presdnt and bought two.
