they were an absolute disgrace when they massively overcharged my wife for one rear tyre replacement in nov'13 - pds539.48 on a porsche997. having earlier in feb'13 charged pds1,180.24 for all four new. they denied having a record on their system of the feb13 bill. days later when i approached merityre of kingston for a quote they asked pds270. today, for a front tyre merityre quote me pds177 inc vat, fully fitted. i asked kwik-fit to 'put right' their wrongdoing via email complaint to cistomer services - they were complete;y dismissive and unrepentent. simple message to all potential customers - please go elsewhere.
