I've been going there for a couple of years and they still do not recognise me. I don't feel like a valued customer and the service has slowly got worse. Their kids run in and out whilst they are dealing with clients and it's unacceptable. A young lad started my nails who I hadn't seen before who mumbled to me and was rude, and I gave my money to, for another lady to take over and then was questioned if I had paid or not. I felt uncomfortable and when my gel was over and done with there were a few nails that had not dried properly and the shiny top bit is ruined after one day. Throughout the whole thing they would talk and stop my nails to talk to each other. I'll be going somewhere else from now on.
