I went in to make appointment for pedicure the receptionist just looked at me walked away another girl came out of the door and came over to me very unfriendly needless to say I didn't go back RUDE.

booked for semipermanent makeup eyebrows and liner. Very disappointed but booked for touch up hoping this would be fixed but still no good. Despite buying from groupon cost me over £300 and now i need to find someone else to fixit!! Devastated

Worcester Park salon
*****Rude staff and very disapointing experience*******
Purchased a groupon deal for a pedicure and manicure as going to a friends wedding tomorrow.
Booked appointment 3-4wks ago arrived today after taking time off work only to be told I was not on the system . Only two members of staff in shop one handed me the telephone to speak to someone on the line. Who I actually regognised the voice as being the lady who booked my appointment . This lady did nothing to rectify the situation and told me someone called Joanna who was the manager of all the shops will be in contact . The person on the telephone told me she did not know Joana's last name !!!!!!!
Please also don't be fooled by some of the lovely pictures of the salon they are certainly not of the Worcester Park salon.
Avoid at all costs far better avoid Groupon deal pay full price elsewhere !

SCAM! DO NOT USE FOR MICROBLADING! POOR SERVICE! STAFF CANNOT SPEAK ENGLISH SO DIFFICULT TO COMMUNICATE! Booked an appointment for microblading and travelled two hours from outside London to the Worcester park location. I informed them was running late. The lady, Edita then perfomed an unfinished job on my eyebrows leaving them too short. On the website it is advertised as a 1hr job but Edita took 40minutes to complete! Also as she was rushing my local anaesthesia didn't kick in and I was in incredible pain all through out. I felt under pressure to tell Editha the eyebrows were "good" as she was rushing me and extoling her own work as "Excellent right? They look good" I called immediately on the same day to have the eyebrows extended and I was informed by Editha I will have to wait for three weeks to extend. However I have since tried to book the appointment and I have spoken to extremely rude ladies who said they would get Editha to call me (Editha never did) and another informed me I will need to write to the manager and pay a full price as it was not their fault! What a tosh of rubbish! I have now raised a complaint for a FULL refund with Groupon and this is being investigated. DO NOT USE!

I booked a luxury pedicure online and told them that I am heavily pregnant. I arrived and was told it wasn't suitable for pregnant women as they use heated boots. That I would need the medical pedicure which is another £25. I didn't have much choice as I was there and had already paid for the luxury one. Plus all three members of staff were around me saying it's very nice. Felt ripped off as there is nothing medical about it and I would have had a better pedicure from my Chinese man down the road. Avoid!

I've been coming to Pedicure Plus Kingston for a couple of years every few months mainly for pedicures but also the occasional manicure.
Initially they were very good, a very helpful manager on reception who also seemed to quality check and translate and offer advice to customers. Recently unfortunately standards seem to have slipped and this is noticeable by how quiet it has become. On a Saturday morning there are only 2 staff and 2 customers and a rather unfriendly receptionist.
Pedicures are fine but more basic grooming than luxury or deluxe. Polish options are limited with no up to date colours and polish quality is not great. Too much of the pedicure relies on machine rather than manual.
I am now looking for a better alternative.

Stay away from Pedicure Plus! I had waxing there and walk out with my skin torn! It took days to heal broken skin. even it was painful to move my legs and arms for a week since the beautician did that unprofessional treatment . I have never had such awful experience. The worst was how staff dealt with my complain. There were no understanding of the problem at all jus complete ignorance and poor management. Definitely avoid using Pedicure Plus at Kingston!

Had a Gel Mani and Pedi. Chipped within days and looked terrible after 3 days. Very few colours to choose from as they were 'out of stock'. They have refused to soak it off free of charge. Very disappointing!

Not impressed at all, the lady who did my treatment spoke v little English and did not seem to understand me. She cut my big toenails angled down in the corners and now they hurt. The medical side of it was a quick dab of salicylic acid on a verruca which I could have done at home and the nail varnish was badly applied and rubbed off at the tips a few hours later.
What a complete rip off!

I was very disappointed with the whole experience, I am not one for writing reviews but feel so strongly about this treatment.
The atmosphere is very unfriendly , lack of understanding and communication is an issue, not once did anyone smile we felt most unwelcome.
We both felt as if we were in a dentist chair .
Had expected a foot soak and a little pampering , pampering certainly could not be used as a way to invite others in.
A smile and nice manner is so little to ask.

I thought the ladies here were friendly but I did struggle to communicate with the receptionist and she didn't even understand what I wanted, why did she keep asking for my contact details. Also they seem to make up prices as they go along as I previously paid £20 and the same thing is now apparently £30. I don't think I will come again especially as the nail varnish was put on in a hurry and not well at all. I've stopped by before and they said why don't I book online next time and I've explained I tried and it won't let me select anything past like 4:30 and now the option isn't even there at all. She gave me a card and told me to call but it just gets diverted and no one picks up so overall it's just hard to get seen unless you're lucky but I wouldn't even bother.

I first went to Pedicure Plus in Kingston after buying a discount voucher through Groupon for a foot assessment and insoles. Having suffered for several years from problems with my alignment, leading to problems with the tendons between my foot and my ankle, I have spent a lot of money on physiotherapy and orthotics to address my problems and quite often have walked away feeling that my money has been wasted. However, I have had a great experience at Pedicure Plus, where I was seen by a very professional consultant who in my opinion has a genuine understanding of the foot. She not only carried out the scan and explained the issues with my stance, but she was also able to advise me on exercises I should do to improve my condition.
Within weeks of wearing my new insoles, a swelling that had developed in the tendon of my left foot reduced very significantly and much of the pain I was experiencing disappeared. I was so satisfied with Pedicure Plus that I returned a few months later for another pair of insoles and I have no hesitation in recommending their services. They are professional and provide very good value for money - with or without a voucher.

Shuropody (Kingston) round the corner recommended Pedicure Plus because they couldn't fit me in that day. I was VERY impressed with the efficiency., politeness, professionalism and the cleanliness of the beautiful salon. I only needed a small corn removal so their £10 charge was exactly what I'd hoped to pay. I shall definitely return for any future foot needs.

I went her for the first time today for a medipedi. I called to make the appointment and was given the prices and choice of treatments decided on the medical pedicure and paid an extra £10 for the nail polish as advised at the time of booking.
I am very impressed by the professional clean standards. The lady who did my feet was brilliant. Relaxing atmosphere and I now have "happy feet".
Will return.

The staff here are very professional and friendly. Pedicures are excellent and manicures are OK. My one gripe is that on my last visit I had to pay 50 pence for using a DEBIT card! This was for a bill of over £70! I know 50 pence is a small amount but most people would pay by debit card for amounts over £50 these days!

I had lovely massage and was fantastic. I never write any review before but I think the staff at this salon are more than fantastic and was good experience. I recommend this salon to anyone.

Best salon to be. I have learned that are very professional and fantastic pedicure I ever had. The salon is very clean not like other salon I have been before. I did arrive in time for my appointment and there was no problem at all.

Best value for money medipedi around the area. Clean pleasunt surroundings, friendly professional, no nonsense staff - what not to like? Same experience in Earlsfield branch as well - like that chain.

I rang reception saying was literally just
down the road but couldn't find actual salon,the lady
On the phone advised me to park where I was and walk
to salon, she said it would take around 3 minutes. Got there a mere 8mins late assuming everything was fine. I said " hi I've just come to get my eyebrows done", the woman replied " no your not" I said "excuse me" she said "your late pay £50 extra and I can do them otherwise no" I was totally appalled by this, this was so unprofessional and she was so rude, and obviously it
Is just a money making scheme. I feel still in total shocked at the way she spoke to me. I can't believe any business treats it's clients like this!
